Reviews and Ratings <br />
The resort offers a fantastic location right at the edge of South Mountain Park, giving easy access to beautiful hiking trails. The rooms are nicely remodeled and spacious, but there are some issues with maintenance that need attention. The overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxing, but we had some frustrating experiences with the service regarding unit condition that detracted from our stay.
During my stay at this resort, I found some great aspects, such as the access to hiking trails and a clean, usable kitchen. However, the units were outdated and there were significant maintenance issues, which really affected my overall experience.
My experience at this resort was a mixed bag. While I loved the spacious layout and the immediate access to hiking trails, the cleanliness and state of the unit left much to be desired. Additionally, the change in our reservation just a day before arrival put a damper on the trip, making it less convenient than I had hoped. I did appreciate the usable kitchen, which was a plus during our stay.
The resort had a perfect location, close to many attractions, but the overall condition of the units left much to be desired. The room was spacious, but amenities were in outdated condition, leading to a disappointing experience. The staff was accommodating, but basic maintenance and cleanliness issues made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
I had a nice stay at the resort, with a spacious and well-kept room that was ideal for my family. The beautiful grounds and trails for hiking were a great bonus for outdoor activities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a disturbing encounter with roaches in our kitchen, which was quite off-putting. Although the service was satisfactory, having to pay for Wi-Fi in this day and age felt outdated and inconvenient.
